This saturday My friends surprised me with a möhippa! :)

    I had a wonderful day!
I had to sell the necklaces I had made for 10 kronor each and with the money I earned I hade to buy advise on how to get a happy marriage!
I had a top on that read: I?m getting married on the 25th aug and on the back it said hug me!

We took the ferry to Fjäderholmarna where I was led to a glass factory. I made a glass leaf and two glass flowers, hard work but loads of fun!

After that we had pick nick in the sun and my tärna gave me a make up he he and then of to a salsa club for a lesson in how to dance salsa!

Nattsson, sounds like you had a wonderful möhippa & know we all know what the necklaces were for

Did you get lots of hugs when wearing the t-shirt? I've heard Fjäderholmen is really nice but haven't got around to going there myslef yet!

I was in the UK over the weekend to look at wedding dresses & bridesmaid dresses for my one of my best friends who is getting married June next year. I'll be a bridemaid again, yippee She chose a £1,200 Pronvias wedding dress, which she put a deposit on & has chosen this dress for me & our other best friend but in mint & gold www.thebridalshop.com/raylia_designs/7878L.htm. Bride is hoping I'll be around the same size 5 months after the baby arrives as I am now & luckily it has a corset back so that will help. We tried one on in a shop & I looked quite funny in the dress with a bump up front Now we have the hen parties to plan for her. We're having a weekend in Dublin September this year (before baby arrives) & then we'll have a fun packed day for her next year, closer to her big day

'& now we all know what the necklaces were for' was what I was supposed to write. See my English is getting bad & my Swedish no better (he, he)

hi speckledust! how r u?! how's the baby? do you knwo the sex yet?
lovely bridesmaid dress!... and the brides dress is rather on the expensive side huh!.. but thats english weddings... makes mine look budget (but is considered extravagant in sweden!) so funny these differences!
19 days to go now... i'm so excited!

  • tree

can you beleive it?... 3 of guests who had accepted the invitations have said they are now not coming... 1 couldnät get the time off work.. and the other 2 said family reasons but wouldn't say what! incredible... it took an hour again last night to try and fix the bordsplacering again... phew... good job we hadnät printed the festprogram too... planning to do that this week... need 1 more song in fact...a swedish one that isn't too focussed on drunkedness?!... any ideas?

Baby is doing fine I think & we have the scan next week so hopefully they'll be able to tell us if it's a boy or a girl

19 days, not long at all!! I think you'll always get problems with people dropping out at the last minute, unfortunately. We actually had 2 guests from the UK that were due to fly out the morning of the wedding & didn't make it! They had arrived late for their flight & their seats were given away as it was the weekend when SAS were on strike. They sat at the airport thinking they could arrive in time for the dinner & then the after party & in the end gave up. We were really worried when we noticed they weren't sat down at the dinner table as we hadn't heard from them, but couldn't get hold of them. Luckily we weren't charged for their meals though & they hadn't been invloved in an accident or anything. Still I think it's wrong when people accept the invitation & then decline again afterwards only 2½ weeks before the wedding. Okay if someone is sick then that's understandable but when people say they can't get the time off work then they shouldn't have accepted without checking with work in the first place in my opinion. On the positive side you'll still have a fantastic day & you'll save some money with 3 less people to cater for

Wednesday evening I had a mini hippa with Tree! We went to Centralbadet in Stockholm. We had a energy massage,a colour analysis and dip in the thermal pool and in the jacuzzi.
I had a really nice shrimp sandwich for dinner!
It was a really relaxing evening! Thank you Tree!

Yesterday we went to the Inn and tasted the food! It was really exhiting and so nice. I feel much more calm now and the day is coming togeather nicely!
